Research-Use-Only Products
All products sold by Lab of Peptides are research-grade compounds supplied for scientific investigation only. Due to the nature of these materials, including lyophilized peptide powders, solution ampules, and capsule formulations requiring controlled storage and handling, returns are subject to strict conditions intended to protect quality and chain-of-custody integrity.
Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify how it was stored, handled, or exposed during receipt and unpacking. For that reason, unopened returns are limited and most resolutions are handled through replacement or refund review based on documented shipment issues.
Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
- Product arrived damaged or compromised during shipping
- Incorrect product was shipped, including the wrong compound or dosage
- Product did not match the Certificate of Analysis specification
- Order was lost in transit and not delivered within 30 days of shipment
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used in any way
- Change of mind or ordering error after shipment has been dispatched
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the recipient
- Orders refused by customs in the destination country
How to Request a Refund
Contact research@labofpeptides.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic documentation where applicable. If the issue relates to shipping damage, please keep the product, insulation, and packaging materials until the review is complete. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Replacements
Where a product was damaged in transit or incorrect, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost once the issue has been reviewed and approved. Replacement shipping timelines match our standard processing and dispatch schedule unless a faster method is required due to carrier error.
