Domestic US Shipping

Lab of Peptides ships to all 50 US states. Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

  • Standard (USPS Priority Mail): 3 to 5 business days — $12.99 or free over $150
  • Expedited (FedEx 2-Day): 2 business days — $24.99
  • Overnight (FedEx Next Day): 1 business day — $39.99

Cold-Chain Packaging

Lyophilized peptide powders are generally stable at ambient temperature for short periods during transit. All orders are packaged in insulated mailers with desiccant packs to reduce moisture exposure. For expedited orders during warmer months, ice packs may be included at no additional charge when appropriate. Upon receipt, store compounds according to the handling and storage guidance provided on each product page and product label.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations. International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, and local taxes. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7 to 21 business days for standard international shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, country-specific import restrictions, or refused importation. Research compounds may be subject to import restrictions in certain jurisdictions, and customers are responsible for verifying compliance with local regulations before ordering.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch. Track your order through the carrier website using the provided tracking information. If tracking has not updated within a reasonable timeframe, contact us and we will review the shipment with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the dispatch notification, contact research@labofpeptides.com. For damaged shipments, please retain the packaging and refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for the review process.
